Switchback has hosted enchanted events for elegant and casual affairs. Under the direction of our banquet manager, we invite you to make your event truly special. We will work with you to create an unforgettable evening of delightful dining, fine service, and an unmatched atmosphere. We ask that parties of 15 and greater be planned in advance with a pre-set menu.

| Parties on the Patio
The patio, a private, separate dining facility adjacent to the main dining room is available for sit down breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, or receptions for 12 to 125 people. The minimum charge in food, liquor, and beverage is $1000.00 for breakfast, $1000.00 for lunch, and $2500.00 for dinner.

| Renting the Entire Restaurant
Groups are invited to reserve the entire restaurant for private functions. This includes the bar, main dinning room, and patio. For sit down functions the main dinning room generally seats 110 people and the patio 90 people, however, we can accommodate up to 250 people combined depending the seating arrangement. For cocktail receptions both rooms will accommodate 350 people. Minimum evening charges: Sunday - Wednesday $6000.00, Thursday - Saturday $9,000.00. Please call for daytime rates.

| Event Checklist

4. Wine Please select wines at least one week in advance in order to guarantee availability and vintage
5. Flowers To beautify your event, you may provide your own florist, or if you prefer, you may use our in house floral designer.
6. Linen We stock standard white table clothes and napkins or we can coordinate with your colors using colored linens. Please discuss details with the person handling your floral arrangements. All linens are available at an additional charge.
7. Audio/Visual Equipment If you should need any please contact an a/v company.
8. Entertainment If you should need entertainment, you can contact our catering planner to make arrangements for live or pre-recorded entertainment.
9. Should your event require special services such as printed menus, favors, gift baskets, podiums, audio/visual equipment, sound system(s), a dance floor and/or special lighting, Switchback can make arrangements for you. These items are available at an additional charge.
